Foreign Missions
We will once again be supporting missionary Miguel Tello this year. Miguel has moved a new orphanage in Bolivia called Unidad Educativa Eben-Ezer Bolivia. This orphanage is a boarding school with 62 kids currently (and more on the way), ranging in age from 4-17. Most of their kids have suffered some sort of abuse (physical, sexual, emotional, verbal). Aside from meeting their academic needs, they try to afford them the emotional and psychological support they need to recover from their past and, most importantly, come to know Christ as their Lord and Savior. They are on duty 24/7 and play the roles of mom/dad, nurse/doctor, dean, cook, garden worker, teacher, pastor, etc.
